This photo was done with mirror lock up mode thru a wireless triggers. I used Nikon D7000: set the camera to remote control mode (next to the mirror lock up mode), go to the shooting menu, set "Remote control mode" to Remote mirror-up. It took me awhile to find how. The Internet search did not return the specific instruction, other than the camera capable to do it.
