It was cold and snowy at Falls Park. The period of extreme cold temperature days just started. I went to the park to make some winter photos of the park.
The mulch mounts are much bigger now. The operation takes the whole section of the parking lot of the park. I don't know if the snow we got in the last few days slowed them down.
