Day 363: Steaming Rice Cooker.
Being Asian and born in Indonesia, eating rice is part of my life. I don't eat rice as often as it used to be, I do crave for it once in awhile. I like it plain white, no butter, salt, or anything else - as simple as that.
Recently, I tried to roll my own sushi; learned to get the right kind of rice and cooked it to the right consistency, so it's not too soft or too dry. I am a big fan of sushi, both sashimi and nigiri.
